CREATE SPACE/BROOKLYN BREWERY
Brooklyn Brewery’s Stonewall Inn IPA (SWIIPA) was created for The Stonewall Inn in NYC, where in 1969, anti LGBTQ+ oppression, violence and police raids sparked the riots that formed the basis of the modern Pride movement.
With Queer rights constantly under threat, we wanted to support activists around the world who are fighting tirelessly for LGBTQ+ equality.
Create Space launched in 2021 amplifying the voices of grassroots LGBTQ+ activists, using Brooklyn Brewery’s platform to support their work and channeling funding and resources where they are most needed.
