I’m Pippa Dale, a Director at the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) and the co-founder of LBTQWomen, a platform aimed at empowering the femme side of the LGBTQ+ community globally.

As a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion, I am committed to creating supportive spaces for LGBTQ+ employees and the wider community. I actively champion the rights of the LGBTQ+ community in the workplace and beyond, and work to educate people about the community through various forums and events.

My dedication to the LGBTQ+ community is evident in my role as the co-founder of LBTQWomen, which I launched in 2018 to encourage greater representation and support for queer women. Through LBTQWomen, I aim to build a global hub for the femme side of the LGBTQ+ community, providing resources, networking opportunities, and a space for connection and empowerment.

In addition to my work at LSEG and LBTQWomen, I am also recognized as a role model and mentor within the finance industry, using my platform to inspire and support other diverse leaders. My commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for all makes me an inspiring figure in the LGBTQ+ community and beyond.
